A Webb School of Knoxville alumni, Ryan went on to graduate from The College of Charleston in South Carolina in International Business and Spanish. After living in Steamboat Springs, Colorado for two years, building energy-efficient houses, and a stint in Bend, Oregon, he has now gravitated back to Tennessee.
